Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Tagus Cloud’s services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of the TOS.

2. Provision of Services

Tagus Cloud is providing you with access to its professional IT, cloud services and digital transformation consulting services.

3. User’s Obligations

As a user, you agree to use the services for lawful purposes. You are solely responsible for the knowledge of and adherence to any and all laws, statutes, rules, and regulations pertaining to your use of the services.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

You acknowledge and agree that all content and information on the site is protected by proprietary rights and laws.

5. Termination of Agreement

The user agrees that Tagus Cloud may, under certain circumstances and without prior notice, immediately terminate the user’s access to the services.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The user expressly agrees that use of the site is at the user’s sole risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event will Tagus Cloud, or its suppliers or licensors, be liable with respect to any subject matter of this agreement under any contract, negligence, strict liability or other legal or equitable theory.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed in all respects by the laws of Portugal.
